St. Stephen's United
Church uses Godly Play curriculum for Sunday
School lessons. Bible stories are shared
with physical pieces, children are
encouraged to listen and watch the story
unfold and then move to a time of response
in which they can create art or read or play
with the story pieces to engage the
reactions their minds and hearts are having
to the story told.
Taylor focuses her attention with the younger children while Phil engages the energies and minds of the youth.
Want to get involved in some activities outside of Sunday morning?
Youth grades 7-12 meet with Phil the first and third Thursday of each month here at St. Stephen's.
For children in grades 4-7 there is a "kid's night out" the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month alternating between St. Stephen's and Dunbar Heights United.
And the first Friday of the month is an all ages bowling night.
